How do I connect a catering product?
Open Setup, choose the Shopify product variant customers will buy, select the pricing model, and set the allowed guest range.
How do I add available dates and times?
In Setup, add weekly service windows with guest capacity, order capacity, lead time, and allowed fulfillment methods.
How does the storefront planner appear?
Add the Catering configurator app block to the connected product template in the Shopify theme editor. The Setup screen provides the direct theme-editor action.
What happens when checkout is abandoned?
A temporary hold protects the selected capacity while the customer checks out. If checkout is not completed, the hold expires and the capacity becomes available again.
Where is customer contact and delivery data stored?
Customer identity, contact details, delivery address, and payment data remain in Shopify. The app stores only operational reservation data.
